Those of you that are Trekkies know what the Nexus is, but for those of you that aren't it's a ribbon of energy that if caught up in it, it reverts you to a sort of paradise... your paradise. Everything you ever dreamed of is there. In Capt. Picard's case it was a wife & children, which he never had. In Capt. Kirk's case it was his own home in the mountains with his deceased wife & dog. The music is the most unique, in that it's soothing, yet sad, yet tranquil, & almost mysterious... especially the first half of the song. I think @ one time or another we've all had moments where we've slipped into our own "Nexus".. whether day dreaming or in our sleep. I know I sure have.. & not without tears along the way.
