Ignore the video, I wanted the song. I love this song, gives me chills and gets me choked up every time I hear it.

The song is about Jonnie Van Zant's older brother Ronnie, who was killed in a plane crash in 1977. Ronnie was the lead singer of Lynyrd Skynyrd; Johnny took over after his death.
