I really dislike you right now and I've never had.

I would be more concerned with that persons body odor or oral hygiene...
Someone like that could be 'noticed' from across the room. Worse, if they are in the the same elevator. Going up ?

I think it is totally cool but argh to look at. I read an article about people either in China or Japan or some place that had their little tools that sat on the streets and performed that service for people. Little brass spoons.

I suppose (in the US) you would have to go to a licensed medical professional for this type of service. Ear Nose & Throat Doctor would be my first guess. I doubt someone like a technician at a skin care clinic could legally perform this 'feat'
I looked at some other YouTube earwax videos and they had some Asian 'doctors' doing this service. It reminds me of the Eddy Murphy movie "The Golden Child" where many stores in the US have a private back room and some old (probably) unlicensed Chinese doctor treats patients with Eastern herbal medicines. That is certainly better than using the small bend of a paper clip... agree?
