I grew up listening to Mario. He was an incredible tenor. He sang in the movie, The Student Prince. The movie was made with Edmund Purdom playing the Prince, he had to lip sync the songs.

My favorite song is Drink from the Student Prince.

On a side note, Lanza sang a song called Lygia on the Because You are Mine album. My mother wanted very badly to name me Lygia...wish she had. VERY cool name!
